Install a dedicated 15 amp power outlet to run laser machine

I’ve got a ceiling light not working. Bulb is good. Looking at the connectors, there is one live red wire with current (checked) and 2 black ones. Appliance seems connected to 2 blacks? Unsure how to fix it.

Light fitting sits on two screws. It has come off one. A step ladder will be needed to reach ceiling ~3m high. The light fitting needs to be put back onto the two screws that it slots into and then the new fluros added to the fitting.

1 droplight at bedroom need checking/fixing. Someone else tried changing the droplight itself, but still won't work. Will need to bring own ladder please.

I am looking for a licensed Electrician to install a double GPO for me. I will be installing a ceiling mount tv. Surface ducting is perfectly fine, there should be a gpo nearby to piggy back from. That is all that is required nothing else. Piece of cake to a. Professional. I’ve enclosed a couple of pics as examples to the type of environment we will be working in. If the job goes well then I have about 10 more sites for the successful applicant. So don’t just think about this job alone but collectively this could be a good earner.

Two new double GPOs to be supplied and installed where marked with green tick on photos (both new locations approx 300mm away from existing) New three gang light/heat/fan switch supply and installation.
