Bathroom demolition is complete, but there are a couple jobs for electrician and I am unsure of the cost. There is a tube light to remove completely, electrical wires to hide in ceiling (they were running behind vanity) and we would like the ceiling light to be changed to a down light.

I require the installation of four pendant lights and two downlights in the living room, along with a dimmer, at my appointment situated in Northcote.

An NBN-licenced technician is required to relocate an HFC cable point from it's current location to an internal nib wall less than 30cm from the current coax outlet. The nib wall is in the process of being cladded and extended in gyprock so access will be easier. Photo attached that shows the current location and desired placement.

Our sliding gate is not opening and we are looking for an electrician or someone with the skills to fix it for us. The back sliding gate opens with a keybut is currently just making a clicking noise and not opening when we press the button

We have converted a garage into a room. We recently had six down lights installed in the garage, with a dimmer, but have since installed a non-structural wall in the garage (one side ply/other side plaster. We need the lights to be controlled by two stitches, with four of the lights on one new switch with dimmer, and two remaining on the current switch. We also need two 4-outlet power points installed in the room. Notes can access the inside of the wall by removing the ply with a few screws. New switch and outlets will be on new plasterboard wall. Looking for an electrician to come to our house in Northcote and install three PoE Unifi devices: - Install front door bell on front door wall and chime in the ceiling in the passage way (powered via POE with a cable required back to our network point in the laundry) - install additional wifi point on front external wall (with a cable back to our network point in the laundry) We have have a single story weatherboard house with a high roof cavity and easy access to the roof. Devices need to be installed on the front exterior weatherboard wall. Devices are already purchased. Need installation and supply of cabling. Also looking for someone at the same time to check a few minor things: - replace dimmer switch in bedroom (which isn't working properly) - check a powerpoint in the kitchen which doesn't seem to be working. - check bathroom fan which isn’t removing most effectively (think the duct might have become unstuck in the roof) Would be ideal to do this coming week. When plugged in and switched on the oven will trip the electrics with also a loud electrical pop Just a disclaimer, I’ve had an oven repair person unable to find a fault and then an electrician who tested 15 amp power outlet etc. saying no fault there so it is in the oven somewhere! I have 3 small solar panels to be attached for my Illume alternative skylights. My roof is tiled so the work required is to remove 2 roof tiles for each, plug the attachments and replace the tiles.
