1. Outside the house, connect an existing cable (which already goes under the house to the back of the house and is not connected) to another existing cable (right next to it) which runs into the house 2. Cover or protect the outdoor cables / connection to ensure they don't get damaged over time 3. Inside the house, in the linen cupboard, connect the existing junction box up with the existing cable (that came from outside the house) as well as the existing 5 loose cables (which are already wired to various ports around the house) 4. Convert one of the existing wall ports to a telephone socket so that the NBN FTTC modem can connect to it and function properly 5. Test that the connection all works from the loose front of house cable (the fibre cable from the pit will connect to this as part of the NBN installation) to the newly set up telephone socket so that the FTTC connection is ready to be setup See drawing and pictures for further details. - Due date: Flexible

There are few electrical work that needs to be done around the house. The scope of work is the following: 1. Kitchen lights need to be replaced with 5 down lights controlled using a dialler switch. Additionally two dialler switches in the living room need to be replaced as they are not working currently. See photo. 2. 10 backyard garden lights need to be installed. The base infrastructure with transformer is already in place. It is just a question of installing the lights from this infrastructure. See photo 3. 3 double outdoor power sockets need to be installed on two walls. A sample photo is provided to give the intention of what that needs to be done. The power points need to be powered from inside the house with ability to cut off power when their use is not required. To give a better picture, these sockets will be used for lighting during festive seasons; e.g. Christmas. See photos of the wall where power sockets be attached. 4. Backyard flood light needs to be replaced. Currently it on the house verandah ceiling but need to be relocated (due to rain water seeping into the floodlight fixture) to the wall close to ceiling. Additionally, the floodlight switch should also be replaced. See photo. 5. The garage cable wiring installed neatly and professionally, possibly on a wooden reinforcement screwed to the garage wall. 6. Old fixtures ffrom removal and installation debris, bits and pieces need to be removed and disposed of I will provide all the fixtures. Quotes are invited for installation only. P.S.
