Job 2 – Replace 3 pendant lights (kitchen island) Three existing pendant lights above the kitchen island bench need to be removed and replaced with 3 new pendant lights (available). Existing ceiling mounts/wiring are already in place. Job 3 – Replace bathroom 3-in-1 heater/light/exhaust unit The existing 3-in-1 unit (2 heat lamps + center light/fan + 2 heat lamps) needs to be removed and replaced with a new unit (available ). Hello, We are looking for a licensed NSW Electrician to attend our retail store, in Westfield Parramatta, to replace two faulty track light fittings. The Issue: Two of our track spotlights have blown, which is dimming our sales floor and affecting the store's presentation. As these are integrated LED units, the entire fitting needs to be replaced. The Job: The task is to supply and install new, like-for-like replacements for the two faulty lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings on the high ceiling track (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Removing the two faulty light fittings from the track. 3. Supplying and installing two new, identical replacement track light fittings. 4. Testing the new lights to confirm they are fully operational and set to the correct colour temperature. 5. Light Specification (see attached photo of label): Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured NSW Electrician. - You must be able to provide your license number. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling. - The contractor must be able to source and supply the two specific light fittings as per the code provided.
