Hi, I've had a couple of new lights installed, leaving some marks (and some holes) behind to repair. I have two holes (kitchen and bathroom) that need plastering. Including these two, I have an additional two locations that need some sanding and paint matching to surrounds. Ceilings are about 2.3 to 2.8 m clearance from floor. Let me know if additional measurements needed, please use images for reference. Contractor to supply all materials and labour. I do have some plaster offcuts but will need to source elsewhere. I have unrestricted street parking and basement parking (2.2 m height clearance). My unit it on 1st and 2nd level (bathroom and bedroom on 2nd level, kitchen and dining room on 1st level. To access unit, you need to go up two flight of stairs, and there is a flight of stairs inside to go from 1st to 2nd floor. I am around to assist with carrying gear if needed.

We have a Fujitsu AC unit that has a cover that is preventing the unit from working. Once turned on, the cover tries to come up and makes noises and when off tried to come back down but it's jagged and looks like it's going to break. During this time, the AC doesn't actually work. I'm quite sure the AC works but it's just this cover issue. I have 3 single pole switches that need to be swapped out for double pole switches – all switches are already purchased and ready to go. The issue is a wiring mix-up between 2 bathrooms and the laundry room. At the moment, flicking one bathroom light turns the other on too, and the laundry light is somehow triggering a bathroom. – need someone who knows what they're doing.

One of my kitchen ceiling downlight is not working, it could the socket or the light bulb. Update: it could be potential two light bulbs situation and the range hood is functional however the switch mechanism is not fully latch to keep it on

1. Remove 21 x old down lights and replace with new LED down lights. This was previously done with 4 lights in the kitchen area before I moved in. 2. Remove ceiling light in main bedroom and replace with ceiling fan. 3. Fix oven top exhaust fan and light which was installed a year ago but doesn’t work. If someone can please firstly come to do an initial inspection, I will then buy the compatible lights and fan and then removal and installation job can be done after that. Will do cash.
