Two small jobs: 1. Fix kitchen ceiling light. It is not the globe (same globe works in adjacent light). See first two photos. 2. Refit light fitting in bathroom. Light works fine. Cover is fine and all screws are there. I just need the cover put back on. See second two photos. First floor Appartment. Easy parking out front and I have a ladder.

Changing a light with dimmer light

I had NTD box installed downstairs in garage by NBN however I required a licenced insured electrician (deals with NBN) to drill a hole through the concrete slab ceiling with a diamond tip drill and run a Ethernet cable from the NTD box to my modem upstairs

I need an electrician to do these small jobs: 1. Fix / fit a new powerpoint (photo 1). The switch won't switch to off. It is 11.5 cms wide and I would like it replaced with one that looks just the same. I have not purchased one. It is in my kitchen and there are two other outlets on different benches just like this one. 2. Fix in internet point (photo 2). This outlet above the kitchen bench does not work. The one in the bedroom does. 3. Change two light bulbs (photos 3,4). I can help hold the shade in place while it is screwed back in place and I have a ladder. I have the bulbs. 4. Fit a light cover back on (photo 5). Light works. I can be pretty flexible with timing. During the week days or evenings except Wednesdays is good. Weekend is ok too.

It seems the receiver in fan has stopped working and have to change batteries every 2 days to work. Was told it was the receiver. I have brought a new receiver which is for the exact fan and includes remore. I need an electrician to remove the old receiver and replace it with a new one and code fan.
