I have shipped my Honda Fit Hybrid 2012 car from New Zealand and on the day of receiving the car, I drove it from the end of my street to my parking in the basement. Odometer shows 48000kms. I booked my Blue slip inspection and before night I found my car was not responding to my key fob. I am able to enter into the car with manual key but ignition knob is not getting turned on. Replaced my car battery to a new one and also changed my car key battery to a new one but no luck. Fuses are in tact. I am on the lookout for Honda fit electrician who can confidently fix the issue.

Seeking an experienced electrician or electronics engineer to replace a hardwired IEC power cable in an benchtop lab appliance to use an Australian IEC cable. The appliance is a laboratory heating bath. It has a hardwired IEC cable with a UK fused 2A plug. As the appliance will be used regularly in Australia, I would like the appliance to instead use an Australian grounded IEC cable. Because the cable is hardwired, the appliance will need to be taken apart and the new cable rewried according to AS/NZS electrical safety standards. The appliance is out of warranty but is in good working condition. The appliance is rated for 240-250 VAC, 50/60 Hz and was manufactured by Nickel Electro Ltd (Clifton brand).

Downlight flickered out, replacement does not work when plugged in. The downlight model is Domus Aqua 10 - variant 21222. Issue must be to do with the power socket/mains, because the downlight + driver works elsewhere.

The NBN outdoor team installed the utility box at the front corner of the house. The indoor team only do back to back installation. Depending on the cost, I would like the NTD to be installed at a central location upstairs where the existing FTTC NBN modem is installed (wiring won't be a problem). Or a central location near the Kitchen. The fibre will need to go from the utility box into the wall cavity (need drilling), which is a perpendicular wall. I'm happy to have a wall access panel installed near the entry point (as close to the floor as possible) to make it easier. The fibre should go up to the attic and come back down to a cabinet where the current nbn modem is installed. The 2nd option is to go 10 meter straight inside the cavity to the kitchen so I can have the NTD installed at a less visible location where we use WIFI the most. - Due date: Flexible
