Electrical work for a house on 2-3 May Fully qualified electrician sought to undertake a number of jobs and provide certificates: General safety check of the electricals and undertake any minor fixes to improve safety. The house is relatively old but in good condition - 1930s. Install 3 x ceiling fans. Install 2 x track lights (3 lights on each). Remove 4 x old lights. Replace 4x downlights with more modern downlight fittings. Replace 3 x light fittings. Proposed dates are 2nd and 3rd May. The house is vacant. Please find photos of the old light fittings attached.

Required a Refrigerant Mechanic to help our plumber with Heat Pump installation by connecting the Condenser to the Water Tank of the Heatpump and issue certificate after testing.

Looking for someone to replace our current downlight fitting in restaurant to higher KW, so that it can make the environment more warmer and brighter. All together approximately there are 16-18 lights, not sure about the exact number. This is not new installation, currently downlights already exist but we need bigger LEDs. Install 2 ceiling fans (Claro Summer DC - these are remote control operated only so no wiring for switches). Photos below of both ceilings - there is access to the roof cavity above both rooms if needed (you will probably need to go into the roof cavity for installing the new power point - details below). The new power point is in a room on the second storey. The second storey is only over half the house, so in the roof cavity you can access the wall going across both rooms on the second storey and this is the wall where I would like the new power point. There is an existing power point on the same wall, so I am assuming you can run some wire along that wall. There is a photo below of the wall in the roof cavity showing the existing power point and where I would like the new one (the blue circles mark these locations). I have recently received my electricity bill and it states that my daily usage in kWh is 45.04. We are a 2 bedroom apartment, with 3 individuals living in the dwelling.
