I need: - A power outlet moved down from the ceiling to the wall, below. - I need two kitchen power outlets that have come loose be re-attached to the wall. - I need a sticky button on a three-gang light switch to be fixed so that it clicks on easily, and stays on. - And I need a pedant light cord shortened so that it matches the height of another one. Mitsubishi electric split system stopped working. Won’t turn on and isn’t responding. Have tried manual reset, changing remote battery and flicking the switch at switchboard. Model:MSV-AP71VGD

Qualified electrician to replace light fitting. I think it will be a simple case of taking off the existing pendant and replacing with a new rice paper shade. Just unsure on how this pendant shade works and if it is fixed to the batten. I have the paper shade that I want put on. Images show the white powdercoated pendant with timber top to be removed. Replaced with the rice paper lantern that fixes to the cord. Please provide me with a quote for 2x light fittings. Should be a very fast job. Flexible with when it needs to be done. Hi. I need some help from a registered electrician who can replace a flush-mount overhead light, two wall lights, an outdoor flood light, two architrave power switches and a power outlet. I also need the cords for two pendant lights shortened. All of these are already wired in---the actual units just need replacing. I imagine it's around a full morning of work, but what do I know?! Two cupboard doors have disconnected metal hinges. One of the hinges is snapped at the metal. Also seeking help to install a smoke alarm (will need a tall ladder for high ceiling - ceiling is less than 4m high)

My downlights are flickering and playing up when turning on. There was some kind of short circuit in my house a while back and want to check what’s up with the room now with those lights. NBN box has an optical wire connection issue in the unit inside the house. Likely the connection point has some debris preventing the fibre connecting.

We have four light fittings, two in a skylight about 3 m off the ground and two on a wall up some stairs about the same height off the ground. Those pictures are shown. We need to replace them with four new ones, one of which is shown in the pictures.
