Replace 2 floor level downlights on stairs (see pics) and install two new PowerPoints. It’s a new-ish home.

Mains switch keeps tripping randomly. Mostly at nights.

Request licensed installation to install 5x standard downlights and 1 dimmer. Family room = 2 downlights (as per photo) and 1 in the hallway adjacent to the family room. These can be on the same circuit as the two existing surface-mounted lights which are already on a proper dimmer. Note that these existing lights are (I believe) wired by a hub in the middle of the room where a pendant light used to be (see picture) Also two downlights in the master bedroom. The fan here doesn't actually work any more and can be disconnected with the view to removal at a later date (it's on a remote control and the crappy light works, not the fan). The two existing downlights are on separate switches next to the bed which we will leave. The new downlights are to be on a new dimmer. I can supply all the relevant parts beforehand (happy to have recommendations once we choose the job). Sorry probably too much information however best to be clear beforehand. Family room has high ceilings (3.5m??) and bedroom standard height ceiling. Easy access to roof via the laundry. Ceiling area is clean and insulated etc. Most of house is on safety switches / RCD. Wiring should be in reasonable condition as we had some new lighting and so forth put in last year (also ducted air-con in the bedrooms only)

We have an issue with the water filter in out pump dryer, pretty sure it just needs to be drained and has some Lindt blockage I’ve called Bosch they said it’s super simple but I’d like some help. It keeps stopping and showing the symbol displayed. It’s currently stacked on top of our washing machine.

Replace 4 existing HPM light switches with 4 dimmer switches

Remove old emergency button and transformer and cap off electrical wiring. No need to patch, just make safe the electrical cabling. - Due date: Before Monday, 20 November 2023

I require a qualified electrician to move a light fitting on the roof to the centre of the ceiling which is estimated to be approximately 30 to 40 Cm - Due date: Before Sunday, 10 March 2024
