I am seeking a licensed, appropriately qualified and insured electrician to replace the existing bathroom ceiling exhaust fan, which is directly above the shower and is currently not working. A recent inspection identified condensation/mould in the bathroom. My preference is a quiet 150mm inline exhaust fan, preferably the Blauberg DUCTO 150mm Ultra Quiet Inline Exhaust Fan Kit. I may supply the fan myself. Please inspect the existing installation, electrical connection, ducting and external termination before installation to confirm suitability. The exhaust must discharge to outside, not into the roof cavity. Please advise whether the existing ducting can sensibly be reused. Please provide ONE fixed-price offer and clearly state whether: A. you supply the fan; or B. I supply the fan. If you supply it, please state the exact make/model and price. If I supply it, please state what additional materials are included. A run-on timer is preferred. Please include labour, materials, GST and travel/call-out charges in your offer, and identify any significant exclusions. The bathroom will probably be renovated in approximately 6 months, so please avoid unnecessary modifications. Do not undertake additional work without my approval. Licensed and insured trades only, please.

I have two long lights to be installed into two rendered columns . One of the photos I have lights leaning on the walls that’s where I want installed. There is power on one site on right side of column. So it doesn’t need to have a switch installed
