Disconnect hard wired appliance at switchboard

Light bulbs that have gone out in office. We need an electrician to come see which ones they are and replace them. One in bathroom and one in office.

I need to install three new small ceiling crystal light fixtures in the exisiting outlets for spotlights which will involve removal of existing spotlights and installing batten holders or placing them next to existing spotlights and using that wiring( and also to replace three spotlights out of order)

We’re installing a new fridge and need a PowerPoint installed for it. There are two existing points nearby, but we essentially need it moved about a metre. The fridge is going inside a cabinet, which is replacing the cabinets in the photo. We’ll also need more electrical work done in the future, but just need this done quickly as the fridge arrives on Sunday and we move in on Wednesday.

Rectify and fix the down lights in the living room, all six are not working. Not sure if it has something to do with the circuit. The light dimmer switch may need to be replaced. need a LED replaced on ceiling staircase ,warm LED not cold , needs a ladder , ceiling is about 2.4 h but the ladder needs to fit on the staircase

I need an electrician to do some small jobs because I can't reach to change halogen globes. Plus I have 3 LED strips that aren't working or blinking - I will need new globes too

Licensed electrician needed: 1. Replace a fluro light fitting with a LED downlight in bathroom. No dimmer. 2. Replace a globe light fitting with a LED downlight in sunroom. No dimmer needed. The wiring for both light fittings is operational. The fluro light fitting broke when I tried to replace the tube. I can supply LED lights - if you need other parts please advise.

Rectify and fix a light switch that does not work and the four downlights. I think the switch is at fault so that is why the downlights do not work.

We have a smoke alarm “chirping” on a 3m ceiling. It needs to be removed (no tools required), cleaned and put back. We can do the cleaning (which only takes 2-3 minutes) but we need someone with a big enough ladder to remove the smoke detector and to put it back.

I just moved into a terrace. Check and replace all the PowerPoint presentations within the house and ensure they are all functioning properly. If not functioning, they need to be repaired to a functioning level. I only found out 4, not sure there is anything more. Have a split system daiken air con that blows air but not Hot or cold. The outside part is up on a small roof (about 2 metres high ) and easy to access
