I have an outdoor bench area that has two separate storage spaces, separated by a vertical concrete slab. Licensed electrician needed: 1. Replace a fluro light fitting with a LED downlight in bathroom. No dimmer. 2. Replace a globe light fitting with a LED downlight in sunroom. No dimmer needed. The wiring for both light fittings is operational. The fluro light fitting broke when I tried to replace the tube. I can supply LED lights - if you need other parts please advise.

We have a smoke alarm “chirping” on a 3m ceiling. It needs to be removed (no tools required), cleaned and put back. We can do the cleaning (which only takes 2-3 minutes) but we need someone with a big enough ladder to remove the smoke detector and to put it back.
