4x kitchen down lights that are challenging to replace. Think it is just the bulbs - as they progressively each went out in sequence over a 6 week period. But not sure if it’s fuse or something else related.

Looking for a licensed electrician to do a small lighting job in a salon/treatment room in Paddington. I need: • Existing hanging/pendant light removed • Replaced with a recessed LED downlight to match the existing downlight in the room as closely as possible • Existing light switch changed to a dimmer switch • Please make sure the new downlight is dimmable and compatible with the dimmer • Ideally I’d like the finished result to look neat and flush with the ceiling I’ve attached photos of the existing light, nearby downlight and switch. Need you to supply the downlight/dimmer — please include materials in your offer. Must be a licensed electrician.

All powerpoints in my kitchen have stopped working (air fryer, kettle, food processor, gas cooktop ignition, and exhaust fan), but lights in the kitchen and rest of the house are fine, and the fridge is still running. I checked the switchboard outside and none of the breakers appear to be tripped/flicked down. This happened after running the air fryer, kettle, and food processor at the same time, so it may be an overload trip on a breaker that isn’t resetting properly, or could be a wiring fault. Need a licensed electrician to diagnose and fix. Also have a light switch elsewhere in the house that’s stuck and needs replacing — can be done in the same visit.

Preference for someone experienced with fault finding, residential renovations, and older homes. Scope of works: Repair existing power point near the front door (currently not working). Reconnect existing Google Nest Doorbell to mains power. This was previously hardwired by an electrician, so the wiring is already in place, however the connection appears to have failed. Repair external weatherproof courtyard power point. Install one new power point on the first floor staircase landing - regarding access, the switchboard is directly underneath this landing. Remove redundant external bunker light from the second floor balcony and make safe. Reattach and test wall sconce in the sunroom. Assess the existing electrical installation and advise whether any additional circuits are recommended to support future loads. Inspect the existing switchboard and provide a separate quotation for any recommended RCD/safety switch or switchboard upgrades. Requirements: Current NSW Electrical Tradesperson Licence. Handyperson needed for two quick repairs. First, fill a small section of damaged ceiling plaster and reattach a fallen curtain rail. A simple protected power circuit with 3 x GPO is tripping instantly when circuit breaker is reset. No signs of water, damage or vermin issues, but need electrician to troubleshoot, fix & replace 1 GPO. All components of troublesome circuit were installed new in 2022 & have worked fine until recently.
