need a LED replaced on ceiling staircase ,warm LED not cold , needs a ladder , ceiling is about 2.4 h but the ladder needs to fit on the staircase

Licensed electrician needed: 1. Replace a fluro light fitting with a LED downlight in bathroom. No dimmer. 2. Replace a globe light fitting with a LED downlight in sunroom. No dimmer needed. The wiring for both light fittings is operational. The fluro light fitting broke when I tried to replace the tube. I can supply LED lights - if you need other parts please advise.

Hi, I'm looking for someone to install a replacement split system airconditioner unit. This is INSTALL only, I have bought the new unit - it is a 5kw Fujitzu The old system needs to be taken out, and the new one installed. It's a two story building, the aircon unit is on the ground floor, and the fan system is on the roof (flat, tin). You will need a double story ladder or lifter to get the outdoor unit onto the roof. Hello - I have a pendant light I need installed in our dining room. There was a pendant light there with the previous tenants, and a small white box has been added (see image). We live in a terrace so the ceiling is quite high - will need to provide own ladder and materials for installation. Available for install on March 28, 29, 30 or 31.
