My power circuit keeps tripping - unplugged everything and still keeps flipping

Replace 4 existing ceiling light fittings in apartment • New fittings already purchased • Straight swap from existing lights (no new wiring) • ceiling height is above standard but apartment is easy access • Located in Fortitude Valley • Must be licensed electrician

Need 3-4 light fittings installed in restaurant dining room. Current fittings that are being removed are plugged into power points in ceiling. New fittings will be supplied by us. Also need 1 x data and 1 x PowerPoint moved approx 500mm on same wall.

Install and wire up a light fitting, power points, replace some downlights and install an outdoor light and powerboard. Would need a qualified electrician.

There was an old downlight in the bathroom. Normal live and neutral wires sticking from the ceiling, but the earth is looped. Since the new light fixture is metal, the ceiling earth needs to be connected to the earth in the fixture terminal box. (2 lights need this done). Please give me a quote. Thanks! (Robina)
