Two power switches and two power points and ceiling light fittings need to replace

Bathroom has 3 ceiling downlights with old 26W GX24q-3 CFL bulbs. Bulbs are difficult to remove due to deep fittings. I need an electrician to supply suitable replacement bulb(s), remove all existing bulbs, and install new ones. Alternatively if there are other solutions to upgrade lighting please let me know. Total: 3 bathroom lights.

I have five zimi light switches to be replaced by shelly switches. The shelly switches will require a neutral wire and I don't believe that there is a neutral wire present. I have attached photos of the 4 zimi switches (clustered together). One is a three way configuration for the stairs (pictured separately) One is a regular light switch, not zimi. Will need new faceplates, ideally that can provided by you as I have no idea how to size or install. Happy to take a call to discuss particulars once details sorted.

Down lights has to fix and burner not working

I’m after someone that can fix issues with escape room doors. They work via a sensor tag. Some don’t close properly or close to fast and loud. Some are having issues locking. There’s about 10 doors.
