I am looking for a licensed electrician to complete the following work: Install 3 ceiling exhaust fans, one in each of two toilets and one in the bathroom. Photos of the locations are attached. The 3 exhaust fans have already been purchased and are with me. The electrician will need to cut/prepare the ceiling openings as required and install the fans, including the necessary wiring. Install 3 new wall switches for the exhaust fans, as there are currently no existing switches. Replace 2 existing faulty switches. They have become very hard to operate and we are unable to turn them on and off properly. Total: 5 switches, 3 new switches for the exhaust fans and 2 replacement switches. It includes the labour and any required electrical materials. The fans themselves are already supplied. The work needs to be completed safely by a licensed electrician and in accordance with Australian electrical standards.

Looking for an electrician for TV wall mounting, with all cables concealed for a clean finish and new PowerPoint. I already have the new 75-inch Hisense TV and Sanus fixed wall bracket, both pictured. The TV currently sitting on the cabinet is being replaced. Work required: 1. Install a new double power point behind the TV cabinet, concealed from view. There is an existing power point nearby on the adjoining wall—see photos. Please leave that existing outlet in place. 2. Install a new power point behind the wall-mounted TV, properly wired and positioned so the outlet and plug do not interfere with the fixed bracket. 3. Supply and install one quality HDMI cable concealed inside the wall, running from behind the TV down to behind the cabinet, with neat cable pass-through/brush plates at both ends. 4. Install the supplied bracket and mount the new TV, securely fixed to suitable wall structure, level and at an agreed height and position. Connect and test everything. Please include any additional person needed to lift and mount the TV safely. The aim is no visible hanging cables, extension leads across the floor or exposed surface conduit.
