I have the manual and a little key thing that he left for me (pictured) but I can't for the life of me figure out how to adjust the temp, and the manual only says to get an electrician to do it. Just looking for someone who knows their way around a unit to bump it up for me! I work from home so during the day is best. Unit is easily accessible in a hall cupboard.

However right after the work has been done, the water pressure dropped massively. Plumber used fittings of same width as before, and the heater company saying it’s a plumbing issue.
