I have attached the plans . - lvl 2 tech to connect 3 phase to the house - new 3 phase switchboard - electrical power and light for extension / garage (we will provide light fixtures + power points) - EV charger circuit run to the garage - connect power to hot water system + ducted aircon - run 3 phase run to the back where the pool equipment is so that we can connect the pool heat pump + pool equipment + potential future studio.

The left switch of a two-way light switch is mechanically stuck and needs to be inspected and repaired/replaced. Main ceiling light still works and can be controlled using the second switch. No electrical faults, tripping, or burning smell—appears to be a faulty/stuck switch mechanism. Apartment is located in Sydney CBD (Haymarket). Please inspect and replace the switch mechanism if required. Licensed electrician only.

Local Electrician: We are seeking a qualified local electrician to install a single-phase EV charger. The charger can either be provided by us or recommended by the tradesperson. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of a dedicated 32A charging circuit, as well as the installation of up to 30 meters of 10mm² twin and earth cabling from the switchboard to the charger location, given that our garage is situated at the rear of the property. Additionally, the project requires the supply and installation of a dedicated 32A RCBO for circuit protection.
