The pattern of connecting briefly then dropping suggests something is interfering with the controller maintaining a stable connection to Harvia's cloud servers. **Some possible causes I've identified (but haven't been able to confirm or fix):** - DHCP lease instability — the router may be reassigning the controller's IP address, breaking the cloud connection. A static/reserved IP may be the fix - Router settings such as AP isolation or firewall rules blocking the controller's outbound connection to Harvia's servers - The controller losing its cloud pairing registration and needing to be re-paired properly - Something else I haven't thought of — open to your diagnosis **What I need:** - Come to site in Tamarama and properly diagnose the root cause - Implement a fix that results in the controller maintaining a stable, persistent connection to the Harvia app on iOS - The task is only complete when the app is reliably controlling the sauna and the connection has held stable — not just connected briefly You'll need solid experience with home network configuration and IoT device troubleshooting.
