Hi Darren, my other sister in Malabar has just arrived back from Ireland and neither her wifi or Foxtel are working. She's rung both Telstra and Foxtel who say no outages in the area and bills are paid up to date. I've had a look but can't locate the problem. She needs the wifi fixed urgently as she has an overseas student who needs it to study.

I'm relatively techie and have read various online forums and tried to get the contacts to sync, wether it be via iCloud, or using the cable from laptop to mobile etc. However I still have no luck. I run a business and need all the contacts to be accessible via the laptop! Someone please assist. Would require someone to come to me.
