2 issues pressing today... a) My ASUS laptop keeps dropping the internet after about 45mins of use & its driving me crazy. I'm not a techy but hunch its needing updated drivers or something & I've no idea. Need that sorted asap & a general clean-up of anything that's interfering with its optimal use (like junk files etc) b) My hubby recently upgraded his iPhone & while he has an extensive music library on his desktop - it won't sync over from his desktop as apparently its a 32 bit & needs to be 64, but the 64 bit download won't accept when we try to update it & we can't get past that glitch. Meantime, the music won't just transfer from the cloud as he can't find it there. So that needs sorting too. I think that if you know what you're doing it'll be a quick fix on all counts but we're not so techy enough to work through it. Only experienced IT people please. No have-a-go-ers. Challenges Syncing. My online outlook account isn't syncing with my desktop outlook (365), so you cannot see any of my inbox emails in the online version of outlook. When I book a meeting in teams it does not show up in my desktop outlook calendar only my google calendar. I also use multiple google calendars so I need them all synced and talking to each other, as my outlook desktop is my main work calendar. I need someone who is very familiar with Outlook as I've already tried Geeks2U and they didn't know Outlook enough. Both emails that come into Outlook are hosted by google. Looking for someone to look at three issues in our home/office setup. 1. Slow upload speed on new FTTP NBN connection. Bypassing the router shows an upload speed of about 90Mbps. But going through the router only gives 17Mbps. I have all the admin passwords for the device. 2. One laptop has limited printing options (b/W and one sided only) and reinstalling the printer has not helped. Other laptops on the same network are working fine. 3. We have plantronics Voyager bluetooth headsets which appear to have been installed incorrectly.
