I have an external hard drive and currently turns on when plugged into a computer but is not recognised/detected. It's not visible in Disk Utility. Require data recovery. I believe it is formatted for Mac and that's what I am attempting to use it on. I have tried different cables to see if that's the issue. It doesn't make a tapping/clicking noise when plugged in, just the normal whirring sound. Uncertain exactly how much data is on it but I have a new hard drive with sufficient memory to move the data to. - Due date: Flexible

We have a new Telstra Gateway Modem in our restaurant. However, our existing TP Link Router (which is currenlty getting internet from our mobile modem and sending it to our Kitchen Screens) for some reason can't get internet from the Gateway Modem. I dont know why because the internet is working on that modem (wireless etc is working). However as soon as we try to put in the ethernet cable into the TP link the internet light goes amber - indicating it cannot receive internet.
