Hi I have a very special bespoke Mac mini computer from 2014 in a high spec encloser from 2014 and need to upgrade the machines hardwear the drive and asosiated parts to the new 2020 Mac mini this is a very bespoke job so I would pay buy the hr with some assistance from me being a willing helper coffee ect it’s an ongoing project as we have a few of these to be compleated this year thanks Gary

I have an iPhone 11 ProMax and a MacBook Air 2013 and I believe that they have both been hacked. My Apple ID has been compromised, the password has not been changed but I’m reluctant to log in because I’m worried that the hackers might obtain my password as I type. This is my main concern but there are several little things I have noticed that will take too long to explain here but I’m happy to elaborate further in person. Apple and Telstra were unable to assist me and neither was the Australia Cyber Security Centre. What I need is an expert who is capable of completely blocking the hackers from having access to my phone and all apps, email addresses etc, so that I can then safely and confidently change all of my passwords, codes and Face ID, and then show me or install whatever is necessary on my phone to prevent a future occurrence, such as a cyber security app, programming, or whatever you are able to do. I have an Apple Mac and wiped it today, to start a fresh and tried to begin again. It’s a disaster. I can’t get it to reboot. I even tried restoring a time machine backup and it just times out. Now it’s just stuck on the reboot screen.

I am having issues with my Mac book running slow and lagging a lot so I am wanting to re format but it is VERY IMPORTANT that all files are backed up.

My Photo app on my MacBook Pro is corrupted and needs to be reinstalled, however I have forgotten my apple OS password and need this reset too! Need someone to reset my password, backup my Mac and then reinstall everything and get Photo app to work again. I have two iMacs that need assistance with setup. They are both used, when I power them up they don't sign into the iTunes account for setting up Yosemite from start. I have tried startup from OSX Recovery however doesn't load the Recovery program. They are both in working condition, just need help with the initial setup, works to be carried out onsite.

Recover all data stored on MACBOOK air that has broken screen

21.5” new Mac, loaded from iCloud and using. 21.5” old Mac to be used as a second monitor and needs to be connected, I have tried cable. Need to move pics and all back up from iCloud to an external hard drive (already purchased). Load adobe from old iMac to new iMac. 3 task in total. I want you to come to my home office to complete task. Please bring own PPE and cannot be completed without.

Hi , my 2012 iMac is very slow with almost everything. Just to open an email the little wheel is sometimes spinning. also takes a long time to start up. Like to get a rough idea what is could cost to fix.

MacBook Pro has stopped working. When I turn it on and hold down the command + r button I get the globe with the exclamation mark, but the cursor is not appearing so I can't connect to the internet and I don't have an ethernet cable.
