Looking for a carpenter who can tear a wall and use the void space beneath it and frame it to allow cabinet installation. There are 2 walls where framing is needed. One will be deeper (60cm) and use the space below stairs and the other will be approx 15cm to host an art. Looking for framing only.

We have a hand-drawn elevation sketch and a marked floor plan showing the exact location, which we can share. Down-light wiring must be completed by a licensed electrician. Looking for someone who can quote based on the sketch, confirm materials and finish, and coordinate timing with our flooring contractor since custom stair treads are being installed nearby. Dining Room / Alfresco Niche: Looking for a carpenter to build a framed, finished wall niche on the shared wall (2.7m x 2.5m) between our dining room and outdoor alfresco area. The niche needs to be professionally framed and finished with integrated down-lights, ready to house a piece of Lippan art (traditional mud and mirror relief work) that will be installed separately by a specialist artist. This job is purely the structural framing, finishing, and lighting of the recess — not the artwork itself. We have a marked floor plan showing the exact wall location; dimensions for the niche are still to be finalised on site. Looking for someone who can advise on a suitable recess depth/size for this type of artwork, quote the framing and finishing work, and coordinate an electrician (or handle licensed electrical work directly) for the down-lights. Looking for someone experienced with woodworking to build a timber laundry basket storage unit similar to the attached photo, but 3 baskets wide × 3 baskets high (9 baskets total). I will supply one of the actual laundry baskets for measurements. Basket dimensions are approximately 64.5 × 44 × 31.5 cm. I would like the baskets to slide/rest on timber rails as pictured, with a timber benchtop across the top. Looking for someone who can measure/design it to suit the baskets, cut and assemble the timber, sand it smooth and make it sturdy. Happy to either purchase materials myself from a supplied shopping list or reimburse material costs. Please include examples/photos of similar woodworking projects if possible.

I would like convert the wall space into a built in TV wall plus some storage. Attached photo of raw wall niche and additional photo of what can be done. To the left and right side of the dishwasher there’s these wooden white panels that frame it . Due to steam escaping the dishwasher when the program is finished they have been damaged across time. I have already tried maximizing the built-in vertical adjustment on the existing concealed hinges, but the door still needs another few millimeters of clearance to swing open cleanly.
