We’re looking for experienced joinery installers or cabinet makers to help assemble and install several large, pre-made pieces in an office setting. Scope of work includes: 1. L-shaped cabinets Two sets: • 3.3 m (H) × 5.4 m (W) • 3.3 m (H) × 3.3 m (W) Most carcasses are pre-assembled; only sections 6 & 10 are flat-packed (see attached photo for reference). 2. 3 × bookcases Carcasses pre-assembled but split into two parts each. 3. 1 × glass-door cabinet Carcass assembled; glass doors need installation. 4. 3 × desks Drawers and cabinets pre-assembled, require installation only. Additional Details: All materials are supplied. Taskers must bring their own tools, dolly and ladder. Some cabinets include LED lighting, which will need to be connected and working. The site is tight and currently filled with cartons. Items (2, 3 & 4) need to be carried up to Level 1 — if some units don’t fit the stairs, partial disassembly may be required. This is not a one-person job due to cabinet size and weight — ideal for 2-4 installers. Realignment of doors may be required after installation to ensure proper fit. Packing and removal of rubbish from the site is required after completion. No installation manual is available, so an experienced joinery installer is preferred. Quoting Instructions I prefer an hourly rate quote since the total workload may vary. Please let me know your rate per hour, estimated total hours, and whether you’ll be working alone or with a second person. I’m happy to adjust the total payment after completion based on the actual time required.

Join glass and wood cabinet

I’m looking to have a few custom shelves made for displaying alcohol. The original plan was to have them fully recessed into the wall, but this section of wall was previously an external wall, so there isn’t quite enough depth. Based on my measurements, I should have around 60–80mm of recess space, which is still fine for the design. The wall is built into solid concrete with a double brick backing, so I’m confident we can cut or adjust a couple of studs and noggins without compromising structural integrity. For the shelves, I’d like: A black, gloss-finished recessed box (not sure of the exact material — I’ve heard of Polytec but open to suggestions) A thin, inexpensive backing, as I plan to mount tempered glass at the back of the shelves (behind the bottles), but not at the front like in the reference image LED - Somehow get LED'S to work with it seamlessly. Strong support — even with the partial recess, the shelves should be able to hold weight without issues I also have a few different size options we could consider depending on the expertise and approach of the person taking on the job. I’m really just looking to work with someone who’s interested in the project and can bring it to life.

Need to re-assemble the wall joinery in my garage, which may require some adjustments to fit the garage layout. All the assembled pieces are in place. I’m looking for someone with the right carpentry skills to complete the installation.
