Replace 1 rotted wood at the bottom of the weatherboard on the outside of the garage. The cement sheet on the inside of the garage may need to be removed to get to the bottom of the weatherboard. Pics are attached. The weatherboard wood price to be covered in the quote.

as seen in picture, sleepers needs to be replaced to concrete sleepers as its giving way.
