Looking for someone experienced to clean, prepare and stain our raised timber deck and fence posts around the deck (see pics). The deck is approximately 3 m × 4 m (around 12 m²), plus the timber posts. The timber is weathered, so please assess the preparation needed and include it in your offer. I will supply the stain; please bring your own tools and let me know if you recommend a particular product or number of coats. The deck sits above a shed and is accessed by ladder. Please make sure you can work safely at this height and bring any equipment needed. There is a children’s cubby and a slide nearby, so care will be needed to protect them and the surrounding area. Included: timber deck boards and posts. Excluded: shed cladding and metal balustrade. Please specify what preparation is included, whether sanding is needed, and how many coats you propose. No repairs or board replacement are included unless agreed separately.

I have attached two photos. One shows my existing fence, and the other shows my neighbour's fence as an example of what I want. Work required: Install timber plinth boards underneath the existing fence. Raise or adjust the fence panels if required. Keep the existing fence and posts wherever possible. A section of painted exterior timber trim above my front bay window has come loose/fallen away (see photo). Looking for someone with carpentry/exterior timber experience to: - inspect why it has come away and check for timber rot/water damage; - repair or replace the damaged section as required; - securely fix the timber; - seal/prime the replacement timber appropriately for exterior use; ideally repaint to match the existing blue/teal trim (or advise if - painting should be done separately) I have some left-over paint in the garage; - have a quick look at the adjacent timber to identify any other deterioration. I have purchased 2 × IKEA PAX wardrobes, each 1000 W × 580 D × 2010 H, and I need an experienced carpenter/plasterer to turn them into a fully built-in wardrobe appearance, similar to the photo attached. The PAX units will be positioned together in an existing wall recess. I need the wardrobes put together, framing & plastering, and finishing work with cornice and skirting board completed to house them. I will do the painting.
