The kitchen cabinet door has broken off at the joint. I tried filling, sanding & painting before screwing back in- didn't work. Even bought a pair of brand new hinges(Hafele Salice -full overlay 165deg) and repeated the same. Held for 2weeks and has come off. This door is quite frequently used like 5 to 10 times a day. Think I need professional help for a proper long lasting fix. Please see photos attached for the door and the hinge joints. I have a special family gathering at my place on Saturday morning so need urgent help with this - fixed by tomorrow evening please.

I would like to have a laundry benchtop without sink to create bit of workspace.. ideally a benchtop that extends till the end with cavity spaces underneath for washing machine and dryer . If there is space a small broom cupboard too. The existing benchtop over the sink area is white laminate so something similar will do.
