My PC goes into automatic repair mode and doesn’t always boot. When I was able to operate it, one of my hard drives were not findable. Whenever I operate games, it frequently does not boot very fast and crashes often. On task manager, my hard drive and SATA drive blast at 100% a lot of the time. I have attempted to reinstall windows before, but after hours of scanning, the installation then stayed at 0% for hours afterwards. I would like to: reinstall windows onto another SSD possibly wipe SATA drive after installation fix my hard drive maybe find out if I can connect ethernet to both my PC and TV simultaneously - router only has two ports, one for nbn connection and the other can be used for anything else Thank you! I am just feeling a little lazy and would like some solid advice instead of doing any trial and error myself.

Trying to create a USB from a macbook to boot it but running out of time. have a project need to do tomorrow. Budget is for initial review and fix.
