Supply and fit new roller carriages, replace both sides, then adjust door height and alignment so it slides smoothly and locks properly. Door easy to remove. Flexible with timing.

We need to make usable again a garage door that has been closed for a long time and make it automatic. Would need to check if the one there can be use, otherwise a new one

Wheels need to be replaced. 2) Sliding Screen Door has come off its tracks, does not close properly and needs pet resistant mesh replaced. Once again wheels are probably worn down and need replacing. Mesh needs replacing. You will need to provide tools and materials as part of the job.

Fix two upright posts at front (to the concrete slab) and secure the back of the frame to the existing fence (~320 mm behind front posts). Fit cladding (battens) on the front and two sides of the box, using durable outdoor-rated material (treated hardwood battens, composite slats, or engineered panels) with a weatherproof finish suitable for a pool-adjacent/exterior environment. On one of the short side panels: make it dismountable (e.g., removable panel with bolts/screws, or hinged door) to allow access behind the shower mounting for plumbing servicing. cupboard doors on a corner under cabinet are misaligned. Where they meet, they are overlapping. Sagging doors, needing new hinges and tools for new installation which may be drilling a new 35mm diameter hole for fitting etc. Possbily a cabinet maker job. Single door is 110, bifold is approximately 70 and inner bifold is approximately 180.
