I have a few cardboard boxes that need to be removed from my home, as well as a fly screen door - this door has already been removed so you just need to pick everything up and take it away. There will be an additional box to those seen in the images. The fly screen is in good condition so you could keep it and use it if you wanted.

One doors hinge has come off the frame (top One, bottom still on), screws look like they have popped out. So needs re screwing perhaps? 2nd door wood has swollen so won’t close. Needs to be shaved back. Drill holes / put in picture holders for 4 pictures.

Toilet seat is loose and needs to be either tightened or replaced. The seat slides off to one side when you sit on it and I think the hinge is broken. Shower door is glass and swings in and out on a hinge. The splash guard at the bottom of the shower is missing and I think the weight of the door has caused the top hinge to become loosened a bit because the door now is on a slight an angle and won’t swing inwards anymore. Also a small glass shelf in the shower has come loose and needs a new screw.

Fix latch on vertical sliding window. Nails appear to have sheared off. Can’t seem to access the area to reattach without removing the windows

I live in an older apartment block in Manly. There are 4 x internal doors that do not close properly. I need a carpenter to adjust the doors/ frame/ hinges so that they close properly. Note they are hollow core doors so cannot be shaved down. Also it appears the hinge is embedded into the doors jamb frame which sounds like a metal frame (see photo)

I need about 50 mm shaved off the bottom of a wooden door and then have it re-hung. I need this job done urgently within the next two hours.

The door handle is falling apart on our sliding glass door and needs to be replaced. I don’t know if these are a standard size and easy to replace or if you need exact measurements or something to be able to replace it. After 6 pm any day or can do after 2 pm most days with a couple of hours notice.
