Replace roller and mesh is screen door

We have an internal sliding door which sits inside a door cavity. The track has never worked well and recently completely fell off the wooden frame. The sliding door now does not work whatsoever with no track in place. We will need a completely new sliding door track sourced and installed (we will not be using the old track). The previous track was not installed very well. The door sits inside the wall cavity so the only way to replace the track is to cut a hole in the gyprock wall to install the new track, re-plastering and paint.

Replace runners and repair screen on fly screen door

Small threshold patch / make-good job in Sydney. Area under sliding door has some loose/crumbling old render/mortar that needs to be cleaned back and patched neatly. It is mostly cosmetic and does not get wet. Looking for someone to tidy it up, patch with suitable mortar/render and leave a clean finish. Photos attached. Ideally someone local who can fit it in between jobs this week.

Manual Roller door to be fitted on shed. It is very heavy so will require two strong people to lift and someone who has done it before. It’s all brand new. Shed has been built so it’s just the roller door to go on. Complete with instructions.

The door handle of interior door in house has jammed, so door is jammed shut. It is to the laundry so we need access ASAP. Don’t really need replacement door handle as we’ll probably replace the door soon

I am replacing existing door hardwear with almost identical knobs in a different colour, and need someone with experience and attention to detail to saw circular holes in 5 doors ready for me to install the new hardwear. In addition adjusting 2 x lockset bore holes to fit the new set. I will install all the hardwear I just require assistance in preparing the holes.
