Old black rubber seals are no longer doing the job. I don't want silicon. I want rubber replaced as sound proof qualities are necessary . Two of these window panels. Including doors in repair.

I need a rather long scratch that runs through a few wooden floorboards fixed. I also need a wooden door sanded back where my cat has scratched it.

The double hung window is currently stuck as the cord has come off the runner. The plate which covers the runner has been painted over so is difficult to remove, but with the right tool is possible. The window cord is in good condition so just needs to be put back on the runner.

I have damage to the frame of a sliding door. The wall surface around the lock mechanism on the door frame is broken and cracked. The area around the latch has crumbled and needs repair to restore the structure and appearance. The lock itself seems intact but is surrounded by the damaged section. I need the following: 1. Repair of the damaged portion around door frame. 2. Proper reinforcement to ensure the lock mechanism is secure. 3. Finishing to match the surrounding wall and frame. The attic door is stiff/difficult to open (stairs pull down). I am not sure if it just needs a new hinge or just a bit of lubricant! High ceilings need tall ladder.

Installing purchased (photos) lock into existing cavity door which will involve cutting the spindle to the required size. Ensure door is operating properly and reattach top arch (pictured) which was removed.

Our sliding cupboard door won’t slide open and seems to be missing the little wheel that sits in the tracks. Need someone to come and replace the little wheel so it slides again (the photo is of the side of the door that still has its wheel)

Chiller room door in our cafe needs new seal and door handle. Also, looking to get a magnet so that the door soft closes automatically.

I need to install a door to the Jamb, including Attach 2 x hinges flush to the door (provided) installing the handle on the door, and including installing the strike plate to the jamb. (I had to repost as something went wrong with the previous post.)
