Sliding door security seems to easily come off the roller. Need someone to service / repair so it works seamlessly.

One of my doors won’t close properly. I am concerned this may be related to foundation movement or structural issues (not just the door itself). I need someone experienced to: Inspect the door area and surrounding walls Advise if there are signs of foundation or structural problems Recommend next steps if further work is needed

I have a Vito van that needs the 2 side mirrors replaced. Rear roof stop light fitting replaced. Drivers door inside trim replaced. Estimated less than 2 hours for someone who has experience. Sometimes when I press the remote, the garage door doesn't move and there’s a beeping alarm sound. If I turn off the power and restart it, the issue is temporarily fixed. However, after 24 to 48 hours, it stops working again and I have to reset the power once more. My electric front gate opens when I press the remote, but it makes a creaking or grinding noise and doesn’t open fully. It seems like the motor might be struggling or there could be rust causing resistance

1. The internal sliding door has missing door rollers and needs to be fixed (supply a new one and assemble); 2. A new shed needs to be assembled (please refer to the attached photo for details).

Not sure why the door suddenly decided not to close?

The bracket has dislodged from the brick work and the spring came loose. The bracket needs to be fixed back to the wall and spring reattached. The other bracket needs securing as it appears loose.

The door cannot be closed by the electric opener. Seems the bolt is loosen and need to be rectified.

I have a battery closer here I just need it installed on our shop front door.
