I need two sections of walls filled from holes; The first is in lounge room where TV was hung by a bracket. The second is in hallway where a mirror was held. The other task I need done is a wardrobe door that has a part hanging off it; it drags on the carpet as a result I would need this done today; the only other time/day would be Thursday afternoon!

Items include; shower screen frame/glass, shower door, wooden door, metal studs, cement board offcuts, old blinds and some other odd bits.

Window is aluminium and is rendered brickwall. Gaps between rendered wall and aluminium frame needs to be sealed with silicon, reason is because apparently the water is leaking to downstairs units. I would need someone to seal as much as possible, all around window of the bedroom window. The building is top floor, it is 3 storey high. Please see photos.

We have one door (upstairs) that has come off the hinges/ not aligned and will not close. It is an older door It won’t close fully, it gets stuck as per last photo. Not physically off hinges but seems to be out of alignment

I have 3 outdoor metal gates (1 front entrance gate and 2 side gates) that need adjustment. They were all working fine before, but due to minor alignment shifts over time, they’re no longer closing properly. All hinge are same type as pictured. The front gate is now very tight and difficult to operate. The two side gates aren’t closing or latching properly. Looking for someone experienced who can realign and adjust the gates so they open and close smoothly again.

Need someone with a ladder long enough to reach the top side of the window from outside. The window is on the 2nd floor plus the parking lot (see photos). The job itself is a simple 10 minutes job - climb up , caulk the top side and stick a waterproof strip. Materials will be provided just need the ladder.
