My front door is having an issue where it keeps “locking” and not opening properly, even though the lock itself has just been replaced. It doesn’t seem to be a lock issue. The handle turns, but sometimes the door won’t open and feels stuck. It may be a latch, alignment, hinge or strike plate issue – I’m not sure. I’m looking for someone experienced with door/lock repairs to: • Diagnose the cause • Adjust/fix alignment if needed • Repair or replace any faulty mechanism • Make sure the door opens and closes smoothly and reliably

Dog door (purchased) installed into a glass door

The shower screen door when opened is making a click sound at the hinge which requires inspection and a fix. I believe all it requires is taking it off and putting it back on.

One side won’t close properly. Needs tweaking. Small piece also broke off (I’ll pay extra for any parts required) Left side won’t open at all.

Assemble an Ikea desk with 2 sets of drawers and add a brush door seal to the bottom of the front door (requires cutting the metal strip with heavy duty scissors or a saw).

I need two external doors installed which are being replaced by the two pictured. The upstairs door is slightly smaller than standard height (1910mm) so will need to be planed. I will need the disposal of the two existing doors. I will re-use current handles/locks, all tools/other hardware will need to be supplied by you. Thanks

Install a lightweight metal privacy screen kit on side of carport. 3m long x 60 cm high. I can help hold it up if needed. Preference to earliest available, and best experience.

Fly door was blown off hinges by wind. Needs to be re-attached to door frame using drill and screws.

Install Ring door chime into brick wall, and possibly a separate camera in another wall. No wiring, as the units are battery powered. Previous experience with the product will be a plus.

One of the kitchen cabinet door hinge is worn out and the door is leaning forward. The hinge needs to be replaced. Should be a quick job
