Balcony sliding door is not sealing properly. When the door is fully closed, there is still a visible gap in the middle. The gap seems to be caused by the sliding door being slightly tilted or misaligned. The gap is small at the top (the top seals well), but it gradually becomes wider towards the bottom. I need an experienced sliding door repairer to inspect the door and realign/reset it properly so it seals tightly again. The property is located in Doncaster. Please bring your own tools. Hi, Need help with fixing the bifold door. It’s aluminium double glazed door. With 6 panels- approx 4.8m width. And 2.4m high. One swing panel and rest 5 panels open fully. It doesn’t close perfectly and there are lose openings. Installed 1 year back, and has given some issues since the start. Please help

Needing someone to replace our broken cupboard door magnet thing (cupboard door pushes close), which is broken. I have a Lockwood lock installed on a double door. The door has moved out of alignment and the hinge pin appears to be bent or damaged. The lock still engages, but the door now sits off by about 2mm along the length, so the latch/tongue isn’t lining up cleanly with the adjacent door. We have a door between the laundry and garage that has come off its hinges. Currently it’s just shoved back in but the hinges screws have come out - see photos. My house shifted and the latch bolts no longer line up with the striker plate positions on my front door. I need someone to extend the striker plate holes, install new striker plates, and make sure wood door and security screen now close correctly.

Looking for recommendation and installation of solution for dog door. The pictured window is where we propose for it to be installed. The window slides up and down so dog can come and go however so can birds so we need a better solution. Dog is west highland terrier about 10 kgs.
