Regular “bedroom” door that is external- needs repair to door latch that is loose due to wind/weather - and has nothing to screw into. (I can’t open it now to take a picture as the screws are protruding- see picture) Plus pantry Plus double electric garage roller door . Plus possibly single manual garage roller door could use maintenance for rolling smoother/easier.

Can't open Windows needs to get fix

We have had ongoing issues with door handles in our home continuing to come loose. My gut feel is the “hole” is too large for the current handles we have installed. But I’m not expert. Looking to fill / re-do holes in x3 doors. Also looking to install x1 wall track in our garage (concrete wall).

We have a door between the laundry and garage that has come off its hinges. Currently it’s just shoved back in but the hinges screws have come out - see photos. The door needs to be rehung, potentially new hinge required. We also require the paint to be patched up please if needed at the end. My house shifted and the latch bolts no longer line up with the striker plate positions on my front door. I need someone to extend the striker plate holes, install new striker plates, and make sure wood door and security screen now close correctly.
