The chain on my electric garage door has snapped. It may just need to be reconnected, or possibly replaced if it can’t be fixed. The chain is made up of many small links that require special tools to reconnect. Right now the remote doesn’t work and I can’t open the door manually because the broken chain is stuck and blocking it. The entire window frame of the garage needs replacement. Where the bottom rail has rotted, the glass has fallen down & the old putty must be removed. All bottom rail has rotted away. All quad is rotten. Water is getting in & must be sealed on top of the window. It must be sealed with silicone then painted afterward.
