Install indoor door for 270 cm height

I am trying to convert a laundry hamper drawer to a cupboard, however need someone to cut the correct holes in the drawer to attach the door. All parts are supplied (excluding drills, etc) but I do not have time to do it myself (nor the skills)

I want someone to install the La Luna pet door into the sliding doors. The job is fairly simple - put a long door between the two sliding doors in the living room. The entire window frame of the garage needs replacement. Where the bottom rail has rotted, the glass has fallen down & the old putty must be removed. All bottom rail has rotted away. All quad is rotten. Water is getting in & must be sealed on top of the window. It must be sealed with silicone then painted afterward.
