A few years ago we had some white ants attack the bathroom - just the Bathroom. Its been treated and no more issues. So now id like to fix the damaged areas especially around the window. Not sure of the cost or the work involved so I understand if the price varies. Cheers Anthony.

Door knob needs fixing/replacing with a new one. And shower screen sliders are jammed/won’t open and close properly/off runners

Our crimsafe / security mesh roller door has been damaged somehow and will not roll properly / shut or lock. It is currently off the track needing to be reinstalled. Drinking someone who can help fix the damage whatever it is.

Laundry door frame has dropped on one side, apperas that timber has got wet and has deteriorated as well as the sill which has rotted. Need to replace entire door frame and sill, repaint and reinstall luandry timber dooe and security door

Cut and fit door seal to 2 internal doors

Internal sliding bathroom door needs fitting - Simple job if you have the right tools which unfortunately I don’t.

We need the castor wheels on 2 of the 3 aluminium sliding security doors replaced and then doors refitted back on the rails. The second job is to refit the plate on the top of a timber bi-fold door that has moved slightly after years of movement.
