Hi there, I’d like to service my single garage door

My door lock is broken. If I pull it hard, the whole lock comes off. I’ve tried pushing it back in, but it doesn’t stay in place and keeps coming loose after some use. I think the screw/holding part inside is damaged. Ideally, I’d like it to be repaired if possible, but if not, I’m okay with replacing it with a new lock. (I’ve had someone fix it before but the problem came back, so I’d prefer a proper solution this time with some kind of warranty/guarantee if possible.) Please bring the tools and any parts that might be needed.
