Door is difficult to close because it has moved slightly and the latch mechanism doesn't quite align with the strike plate. Fixing it may require moving/removal of strike plate but the strike plate screws are very tight.

Repair/replace fly screen on sliding door

We have a door to a cupboard under the stairs and there are items that are blocking the door and we can't move them as the door only opens a tiny bit. We need someone who has some kind of equipment and is resourceful. The hinges are on the other side so we can't open it that way.

Cedar door needs sanding before re oiling. I was doing this myself but have run out of time. The wood is 2 years old and in good condition. I just want to apply a darker oil so need a sand before this is done. It’s a double garage door
