Water damage. Need to replace part of the window frame.

2 Slats on window shutters have broken off, just need to be re-attached. It looks like the plastic thing that attaches the slats to the frame have snapped.

Need this dent in frame fixed

Old double hung window from the 90s, the bottom panel doesn’t pop up and also doesn’t stay up. It falls down immediately after opened. I assume it needs new tracks

A strip of rubber has fallen off a large window at the front of our house - see pics. Just needs someone with a ladder and the tools / seal to stick it back on.

Remove old timber, 3 doors, 2 windows 2 pallets, security screen, that have been under my house for many years. Also a broken oven. I’ve piled it up on boundary. Longest bit would be 2.1m doors. Guess it’s about 2-3 m3 worth.

I am chasing a glazier who wants some weekend or afternoon cash job. We have been fighting with the insurance in regards to the 2023 Tornado that hit Helensvale with NO luck. I have a number of windows that need the rubber replaced after the strong winds. The rubber is deteriorated in a number of windows (8-10) and the insurance is not covering it due to the wear and tear. I would need someone to come out and quote a cash job. We have a few gaps around these windows that we’d like sealed up against the weather as water is coming in when it really pours. On the big sash windows, there are gaps around the lower sides (where the hood ends.) On the very small window I think it hasn’t been sealed at the top. Need some help to hang a heavy ikea mirror and coat rack and fix some window opening mechanisms

Our window smashed during the storm and we boarded the window up temporarily to stop the weather coming indoors. When we removed the board half of the window trim came with it.
