This window has been unable to be closed as the window is too heavy to stay up as the balancers have perished.

Metal window frame in bedroom has come away due to worn rivets etc and is hanging there. It needs putting back in place and possible a fix on the sliding window on the right will need repairing.

Replace rotten timber stair treads so they can be painted. Fix window shroud. Fix small hole and touch up rust in roof sheeting over rear deck. Install flex hose to connect downpipe into drain.

5 small banks of louvres + 2x sliding windows + replace security mesh front door. Louvres are sitting angled within their frames and when shut don’t provide a seal, closing mechanism doesn’t neatly shut. Sliding windows sit wonky in the tracks and don’t provide a neat close. Need to refelt the sliding windows too. Replace front hinged security door (I will provide this)

All windows need something installed to hold them out when open.

Arch window above my door leaks when heavy rain hits needs to find the leak and re-caulk the window.

The front window of our house has been glued on the wrong side. We have an example of what we need to do to temporarily repair the window.
