I recently installed a washing machine, but the hose isn’t fitting properly onto the tap. We’ve tried using a connector and Teflon tape, but there’s still a slight leak at the connection point. It’s a small job, but I’d really appreciate it if someone with a bit more experience could take a quick look and help fix it properly.

My washing machine (kogan 7.5kg front load is shaking aggressively) i reported to customer service and their response is: I'm sorry to hear that your washing machine shakes aggressively during use. Allow me to assist. Could you please check that the transit bolts have been removed from the back of the machine? There are four points on the rear panel of the machine where the drum has been bolted into place to secure it during transit. If these transit bolts are not removed, the unit may shake excessively or vibrate heavily during use, which can cause damage to the unit or its surroundings. Please make sure to remove these bolts and plug the holes with the provided transit caps. Kindly also ensure that the base protection device has been removed, if applicable to this unit.
