Have a Bosch washing machine model WAK24160AU. Seeing Error 18 during washing cycles, when draining which indicates a blockage of the water pump. Have done the basic troubleshooting steps but the water pump cover is stuck, indicating debris is blocking the cover from being opened. I've bought a new hose from bunnings, some rings to tighten the drain pipe, and tried to install this myself I thought all was going okay for the first few washes but there was water on the floor this morning Please help fix my terrible attempt at installation :)
