Need someone to scrape peeling paint and then repaint back verandah ceiling

The post support for the verandah in our pool area has rusted and needs replacing. I have attached two photos I also have another job - install two interior holland blinds above two windows fixed onto an internal brick wall. I need someone with a good drill with sharp drill bits to drill through hard bricks (the house is double brick construction, built in the 1980's)

Hi My verandah floor measures 5x5.2 metres and has steps with clay tiles on it. I am looking to change the flooring by levelling and applying epoxy with floor colour matching dark timber. There are several big cracks in the curved steps that continues onto the front verandah. I would like these repaired to paint later.

Replacing old timber railing with galvanised. Tilling over original concrete. Approx 1500 wide by 7mtr long. No stairs to be tiled. Tiling over flat concrete

We have patched areas where screws have penetrated the verandah ceiling - i require someone to attend site, sand and paint the area - the customer has a small tin of paint onsite - there are about 20

Hi, I need a carpenter to repair the top 15–20cm of a verandah post that is supporting the front roof. Scope: Use Acrow props to temporarily support the roof beam Cut away 15–20cm of rotten timber at the top of the post Replace with a new matching treated pine hardwood section Fix using structural screws + construction adhesive Install a steel post cap to stop future water ingress Apply timber preservative The rest of the post is solid and does not need replacement. Photos attached. Looking for someone experienced with verandah / deck structural repairs.

We have a boho hanging chair that we would like to hang on our back verandah - we have a bracket and screws but need guidance on bets location & need relevant tools etc.

Tile an area 3x3m on top of existing tiles. Probably need to cut front tiles and remove step tiles and cement before tiling. Also a step along the garage. You need to be able to do a French pattern. Tiles are arriving 27/11/25.

Needing a tiler to remove some old tiles from front verandah and retile that area as well as an extension I have had put on. I will supply tiles.

Wooden deck in front of the house looking faded and tired. Needs staining/painting

Looking for someone to do the following repairs: BALUSTRADE - Replace two sections of bottom balustrade that have failed/collapsed. The sections are currently chocked up to keep in place but need to be removed and the white palings re-screwed at bottom with new rust-proof screws (the top of the palings are currently attached to the top rail with nails). I have purchased the pre-primed balustrade and painted three coats in matching Weathershield. The lengths will need to be cut to exact size and ends painted before installing. Waste/old material need to be taken away please. SIDE GATE - Rehang gate to original position so closer to side post where hinges are and lift so in line with fence level and attach new latch on right hand side (on inside of property neighbouring side). Moving to the left as originally positioned will allow the gate to close flush and the latch to be installed (as it was originally). Also, re-attach bottom panel (currently sitting next to gate inside property, see pic below). Latch is already purchased. SLEEPERS IN BRICK PATH - Replace rotted sleepers in pathway x 2 sections. One in step and one flush with pathway. Three sleepers have been delivered. Waste/old material need to be taken away please.
