The shrub is currently: • Touching the gutter and roofline • Touching verandah posts and beams • Very dense internally We need it professionally pruned back to: • Create 300–500mm clearance from roof, gutters and verandah • Remove all branches touching the house • Thin out internal density for airflow • Lift the lower canopy off the ground • Remove all green waste This is primarily for pest prevention (reduce cockroaches/lizards accessing the house). Access is straightforward at the front of the property. Please bring: • Ladder suitable for single-storey roofline • Hedge trimmer / pruning equipment • Green waste removal capability Not looking for full tree removal — just proper pruning and clearance.

Attach stainless steel angle brackets to verandah frame and roofing sheets to prevent possible loose roof panels. All parts and materials supplied and installed. Testing on all existing roof sheets for unsecured roof sheets, and attach as and where needed.

Bargeboard has fallen of terrace verandah. Needs to be reattached. May need woodhardener and or primer. And remaining bargeboards to be checked.
