Needing someone to install an awning to our roof rack on a ute

I need help to mount a 65-inch TV on my wall. It is a drywall with studs behind. I need help to figure out where the studs are and then to drill to mount the plates. I need someone who can also bring their own drill.

3 mitre wind out awning needs holes drill into brickwork & attach to wall

The awning needs to be lifted onto existing brackets 3.6m high on a brick wall. The awning is 5.5m long and weighs 105kg. I need some strong workers with ladders to lift the awning and clip it into the brackets. The awning has notches that fit into each bracket. The lower clip on the bracket then needs to be tightened with an allen key to lock the awning in place.

I have bought a flat pack sauna from Alpine spas, Barrel XL Vista outdoor sauna that needs someone to assemble it

1. Replace and Install 3 lights (pictured), 2. repair light bulb fitting on seperate light (pictured). 3. 1 x Power point has lost power (repair) 4. 1 x ceiling fan lost power (troubleshoot and repair if possible. (Pictured and access provided)

Looking to render microcement on bathroom walls. the bathroom is approx 3x3m with ceiling height 2.2m just the walls - not ceiling or floor. waterproofing done and everything prepped to render. Shower nib wall and vanity top also. Have micro cement product already. It needs 2 coats of micro cement which 2nd coat can be done 1-2 hours after first coat - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 22 September 2023

Assessment and appropriate amendment of deck fencing to ensure that the instal will be safe. The verticals (see photo) are not the right width apart for the awning, and will require a suitable solution prior to instal. The vertical in the corner to the fourth one on the right is 5m.
