We had bathroom renovators leave an unfinished job, so we are in the process of fixing some of the work. They used a wood for the cornice whereas previously we had the simple curved cornice plaster. We want this returned back to this. Need a experience labourer to replace. Bathroom is around 3m x 4m - Tiling and Ceiling is fine - just the cornice work. Dont require painting - need a clean and professional finish. Budget for labour only, if you can get cheaper materials directly instead of bunnings, can add.

Need someone to securely hang a mirror - it is relatively heavy (10kg) - onto plasterboard wall. The mirror does not have hooks/wire behind so these will need to be provided and attached also.

Plaster replacement on a wall where the existing plaster is damaged. Cornice installation on existing wall (but plastering was very rough). There is a small notch / edge in the wall that needs to remain the cornice here will be a bit more complex. Total cornice length is about 6m. We have 3m of cornice on site, AirTasker to provide the rest. Main section of plaster replacement is about 1900mm by 900mm, with two small sections each about 700 by 600. Rough in for electrical is complete, so plaster to be cut to fit around this. There is plywood bracing behind the 1900mm by 900 mm so this main section will need to be removed carefully from ontop of the bracing without damaging it. While we have 3m of cornice, we don't have any plasterboard spare. In addition to the kitchen area there is a small repair job required in a bedroom. Two strips on the wall and roof. Wall strips are each 90mm wide and 2.4m high, roof is 250mm wide and about 3m long in total.

Need these steps and balustrade painted and grip tape strip added to edge of each step after. Balustrade has been sanded but the steps will need a light sand, paint and grip tape supplied

I need a few plastering jobs around, from finalizing a wall removal, a hole in the wall to finishing of the surrounds for built in wardrobes. And new bathroom walls. Happy for you to have a look onsite if it helps with the quote. We have kept some of the old cornice and skirting boards if that helps.

Hello airtaskers! I have two built in wardrobes that I’m getting re-done. The wardrobes have been removed but the timber frames remain. I need them removed, trying to not damage the plasterboard too much. There are nails in the space and the floor, I need them removed. The spaces patched and painted and the floors sanded (I will stain and varnish). This is for two wardrobes. I will upload photos tonight.

The wall has multiple holes, chips, and areas where the plasterboard surface has been damaged (see photos). Some holes are up to ~40–50mm wide, and there are a few larger broken sections near the door jamb that will need proper patching. Need our new front wall rendered in a textured white. Most of the hard work has been done, just need the new blocks and top coat down the bottom completed. The new blocks are approx 10m x 1.2m high and need the single course of blocks around the breeze blocks also done.

Looking for 1 or 2 people who have experience in abseiling, climbing, and working at heights to work on residential yard. 10m high x 4m wide section of bank, 45-90 degree slope. Job is to: (1) remove 2 old tarps from bank (marked purple in photo). (2) assess/reattach 1 tarp, at top if eyelets, or remove (orange) (3) old tarps, sandbags, ropes etc, to be gathered up and driven to top of property (if you don’t have a van/ute etc advise when making an offer). Steel house stumps can be used to anchor, top of bank is flat and concreted. Bank is stable and there has been no movement in 3 years. Sandbags, rope, tent pegs, etc. for tarps will be provided. You will need to provide all safety and abseiling equipment. Could be suitable for labourer, handyman, or tradesman with working at heights experience. Payment can be hourly, fixed rate, or a combination. Flexible timing, ideally completed asap but within the next month. If interested, let me know if you are providing 1 or 2 people, if you have a vehicle to drive between top/bottom of property, and your preferred timing.

NBN cable is in the roof of my yoga studio and nerds to be relocated so the ntd and modem can be plugged in near a power point. It is quite long so allows some leeway. Hopefully install a cable wall plate so it’s tidy?
