Ceiling: hole repair ~200x170 and paint; Wall: hole repair ~400 x 840 with a few screw holes and dings (to ready-to-paint state/wall paint not needed). Residential apartment bldg—after plumbing water leak between apartments. Ceiling in unit below’s small laundry room; wall in unit above.

I need a section of ceiling replaced due to water damage. - Remove the existing damaged ceiling (approx. 1800mm x 3100mm) - Install new gyprock drywall ceiling in its place - Install 2 small air vents for plumbing maintenance. Please quote the job without plastering and provide cost of additional work for full finish (plastered, ready for painting) if you can help with that too. The quote needs to include supply of all materials and tools.

We’re looking for someone with rendering experience to help us finish a retaining wall made from a mix of brick and breeze blocks (already constructed). We’ve pressure washed and sanded the wall so it’s prepped and ready for render application. All materials (render mix, tools, floats, etc.) are on-site, we just need skilled labour and ideally some guidance. As we’re happy to learn and help with the process. Window to be removed and external hole to be notched bricked in and painted to match external paint. Internal hole to have a studded frame added and plasterboard added, then painted to match existing internal wall paint. Dimensions: Window - 190cm x 130cm Window with window header and brick window sill (to be removed) - 190cm X155cm Builder to supply all materials and tools required except external and indoor wall paint which will be supplied by property owner. Builder to remove window and rubble from property.

Looking for a contoured layout with curved corners. Experience required building similar contoured besser block walls on a slope. Must provide addresses of similar walls completed. The upstairs canvas awning at the rear of my property may require maintenance as the brackets are rusty and may need replacing.

Tenants have reported 3x mouse holes in laundry area of house requiring patching as per photos attached.
