We have torn down a wall and torn down the cabinets to redesign our walk in wardrobe. Looking for someone to touch up the walls, fill in the gap where the wall used to be, and touch up the cornice to make this feel seamless. Mainly focusing on the area where the wall used to be.

Render covered the hinge position so need it notched out to allow hinges to be refitted. Don’t want render damaged unnecessarily, so require a skilled, careful person. Want the hinges put back in the wall - brick wall with render on top.

I need my nbn hfc outlet moved to nearby pantry. In the same spot I’d like a power outlet preferably 4 port. I have existing Ethernet wiring I’d like relocated here. Shouldn’t require rerun as this location is more central to house than previous. I have 4 Unifi PoE access points that I’d like ceiling mounted so I’d need new Ethernet run for them from pantry location but as they’re ceiling mounted don’t need outlets in walls. I have an additional 7 PoE security cameras that I want Ethernet run to. I’m happy to install the Unifi AP’s and the cameras myself just need Ethernet run to various positions in ceiling and under eaves of my roof. If possible there is a foxtel satellite cable that was disconnected when the Ethernet was previously run (wasn’t enough space in cavity with Ethernet cables and satellite cables), if this can be reconnected to wall outlet easily I’d like that done too.

Hi, I have a few holes needing to be patched and repaired. I have installed some plasterboard and rubbed in some multi purpose compound into some of them but I need them finished off. I have the materials to finish the job. Just labour and your own tools. 2 L shapes were an old wall was removed 5 other holes - around extraction fans and old lights. I will remove the old black fan and light and you need to patch those 2 holes from scratch. Paint 3 ceilings x 3 coats of ceiling paint (I will supply the paint). Just labour and your own tools.
