Remove plasterboard from walls and ceiling in a bedroom that’s approximately 3x3 including wardrobe. Will also require removal of skirting board. See pictures. Does not need to be disposed of but carried outside to existing rubbish pile. Please note, there is some surface mould (white fur) on some areas of the plasterboard.

We have had a leak from our ensuite shower into the garage. The plasterboard ceiling has some black-mould which we would like to get rid of. We are looking to repair this in stages. The area is approx: 110 cm x 160 cm (you may have to remove more depending on the board). NOTE: you will probably need to remove the light. 1. We would like someone to come and remove / dispose of the effected plasterboard. 2. Once the shower has been repaired we would then like someone to repair the plasterboard ceiling and put the light back on. 3. Don't worry about the painting. I can do that job ;)

Glue and screw pine framing to 3 x plasterboard walls (utilizing studs). Then, glue, screw and nail gun 6mm precut MDF panels to the pine framing on 2 of the walls as per sketch. Source (I will pay for the panel - you arrive with it cut to size) a 1600 x 850 piece of 9mm MDF panel and glue and screw it to the 3rd area of pine framing. All pine framing is onsite (70 x 35 and 30 x 30). Glue is onsite (construction adhesive). Cordless driver, drill, multi tool, jigsaw, nail gun, all other tools you’d need are onsite. Bring countersunk wood screws. I’ll pay for them at Bunnings if you don’t have any. You won’t need to do much cutting (just some of the framing). It is permitted on the balcony as long as it is brief. Any day up to and including Fri 21st is fine. Any time on those days is fine after 0800am or concluded by 1800. - Due date: Before Friday, 21 July 2023

Got a couple little jobs to assist with involving water damage. Had a leak in the ceiling a while back due to the whirly wind not spinning, fixed that, but the damage to the ceiling needs to be fixed. probably a 1.5 x 1m section. Got another section of wall inside a bedroom closet that needs to be fixed, need the source of the leak identified as well as the damage is next to both an outdoor tap as well as the shower in the bathroom next door. So fix the leak and replace the corner section of the wall including skirting that has been damaged. Also, shower tap need to be fixed as the hot water has stopped working, pulled the tap off but it appears that underneath the tap has been siliconed, so need this fixed so the hot water tap works again. - Due date: Flexible
