The current PowerPoint is positioned off to the side and needs to be moved to sit directly behind where the mirror will be installed. Hi, I need help installing a 4.5 kg Westinghouse vented tumble dryer on a plasterboard wall. The model supports wall mounting and I have the official Westinghouse wall bracket kit. The wall sounds hollow, so I believe it’s plasterboard. I would like the dryer securely mounted using a horizontal timber batten fixed into studs (not just plasterboard anchors), and then the bracket attached to that. Scope includes: • Locate wall studs • Supply and fix a suitable timber batten (approx. 90 × 35 mm, 60–80 cm long) • Mount the supplied dryer bracket • Lift and secure the dryer onto the bracket Please bring your own tools and a stud finder. Batten can be supplied by you or I can buy one from Bunnings if needed – just let me know in advance. Looking for someone experienced with wall-mounted appliances and safe load-bearing installs.

Remove plasterboard from walls and ceiling in a bedroom that’s approximately 3x3 including wardrobe. Will also require removal of skirting board. See pictures. Does not need to be disposed of but carried outside to existing rubbish pile. Please note, there is some surface mould (white fur) on some areas of the plasterboard.

My Garage roof has sagged near the garage door. I would like to have it propped up and Drywall screwed back in place. Will require a professional with something like a Hilti drywall screw driver.

We have had a leak from our ensuite shower into the garage. The plasterboard ceiling has some black-mould which we would like to get rid of. We are looking to repair this in stages. The area is approx: 110 cm x 160 cm (you may have to remove more depending on the board). NOTE: you will probably need to remove the light. 1. We would like someone to come and remove / dispose of the effected plasterboard. 2. Need these holes plastered after moving some GPOs there is 3 in total and a few smaller holes in the garage

Require a professional roofer to shorten and fix off 4-5 down pipes . Length from gutter to wall needs to be cut down , re joined then fitted to the rendered walls of house.

Need awning to be installed but it needs to be on the roof because of the night but not sure how to fit the bracket there.
