Cut out water damaged plasterboard in ceiling. Check if aircon vent is set at correct height. Glue and screw existing plaster board surrounding piece you cut out. Glue and screw replacement plasterboard. Fix aircon vent through plasterboard paper and plaster all joins. Plaster to pain finish. Paint - 1x seal coat 2x white to match existing. Cover work area to prevent spillage of any kind. Supply all materials, paint and tools required. You must be qualified or be dam good with experience to undertake this task. Have 3 more tasks for the right person. Max 2 m2 plasterboard may need replacing.

This is a back-to-back installation looping directly from an existing power point on the exact opposite side of the brick wall. Will require a standard mounting block. TV Mount: Wall-mount a standard flat-screen TV directly into the solid brick wall. (I have the physical wall-bracket hardware and masonry anchors unboxed and ready). Must be a licensed electrician to complete the back-to-back wiring and provide an electrical safety certificate. Thank you!

4 x 3, fill and sand all cracks mainly cornices, prep walls 2 coats, no ceilings. Wooden door step frame. Coloured tender exterior wall chips repaired.
Mena was punctual, an excellent communicator and his team was very efficient, professional and friendly. Did an excellent job and even completed some handyman tasks free of charge. Would recommend.
