Taking of old awning and replacing with new awning

Hi. I have 2 verandah posts that need to be replaced due to some wood rot at the bottom. The replacements will need to match the other posts there including painting (paint provided) and beveled edges. Posts are cut in at the top to hold verandah structure and set in stirrups at the bottom. I believe posts are 100x100 and about 2.2m high. Will confirm measurements asap.

A porthole for tradespeople to enter the roof for repairs and maintenance needs enlarging. Only the entry/opening from the eave, (from underneath) needs enlarging, (the plasterboard). The rooftop opening (steel roof) doesn’t need replacing nor doesn’t need enlarging but the lid needs repairing or replacing, as the lid at present is left open and the rain comes into the building. We have a brick wall in the back yard that was half rendered when we bought it. We need the render to be removed please. The wall is 12.5m long and it is a single storey home, so approx 4m high, and so render is approx 12.5m x 2.5m Sorry for the poor photo, will send a better one in the next few days. It is tenanted, so we cannot easily get a photo.
