I have a unfinished job that needs some plastering, tidying up, weather tight gaps , architrave, finish window seal. Basically just need to get weather tight and safe

I'd like someone to assemble an ikea built in wardrobe and add filler strips at each end to fill gaps. Wardrobe is in 3 sections dimensions 275x58x201.

I want to put pictures up in my house and need picture hooks installed.

Need our ceiling in 7.5mx7.5m roof plastered

We’ve had two internal walls removed. Sections of wall and ceiling exposed by removing the walls needs to be re-plastered. Following the plastering - new cove cornice needs to be installed around entire living/dining space. There are also a number of other smaller patching jobs where old power outlets, fans and lights have been removed. Photos attached.

I have a striped canvas window awning that I want the canvas replaced with plain navy blue. The actual colour is colorbond Deep Ocean. It measures W 3 MTRS X 2Mtrs. No urgency to have it done. I have taken it down and will reinstall myself. - Due date: Flexible

Cracks on first floor rendering need repairing - Due date: Flexible

There was evidence of rotting on the existing plasterboard. Removed to investigate and have found slight rotting on the wooden framing. The wood itself appears still good. Task: - sand back the rotted wood on framing - affix water hose connection back to wood frame - supply and install plasterboard in removed sections ready for painting Toilet will be in place unfortunately. Need someone to quote on a job to replace existing verandah roof sheets with perhaps a colorbond insulated roof to make area more user friendly in summer. Area is already part plaster under verandah, the bal of area without plaster is Apprx 4.4m x2.9m Would be great to get it done before Xmas if possible - Due date: Flexible

I'm after an electrician to come round and wire up 4 power points and potentially one light on its own switch. I have ran the power cord around the room soo all that's needed is to connect the power points. The light I need to ask some questions in person about so for now it's just the power points.. I have no idea what an election charges so happy to compensate. Room is going to be 2 weeks off plaster and hopefully a month off being completed. Let me know your offers.
