Hi, My house in Blacktown has 3 windows that require awnings. The rain is rotting the wood inside. I've attached some photos of the windows and their dimensions: Window 1 is approx 160 cm width and 130 cm height. Window 2 is the same. Window 3 (bathroom) is 80cm width and 110 cm height. Ideally, I'd prefer an aluminium awning with at stainless steel brackets, so it won't rust. Please provide your quotes (without AirTasker fees - we can work something out) of labour and the image/link of the awnings you'll install. Bunnings have them for $149.85 but they're not wide enough and it has plastic brackets, which is cheap and will most likely require replacing soon. Ideally, I'd like this to be done this week if possible.

Render and psint my house front wall and pillar

I’m looking for plasterer or handyman to cut out a 1200 mm × 600 mm section of ceiling plaster where cracks are visible, install two 1000 mm timber studs, and then replace the plasterboard (or reuse the cut-out piece if possible). The job also includes sealing the joins and matching the ceiling paint over the 1200 mm × 600 mm area. This is a perfect job if you have plasterboard off-cuts or timber off cuts from previous projects. The ceiling height is approximately 2500 mm.

Task is as follows I will be supplying materials. I require 1 x Gyprocker to name their day rate. Photos show the job - it is a combination of patch ups and cornices

Cut out broken gyprock and replace

We need old silicone to be removed in bathroom, toilet areas and do it properly. Small painting patch. Fix gyprock top coating, finishing and painting. Fix skirting and cover the gaps in one room. All the work may not be showed in the images.
