Cut out water damaged gyprock ceiling. Replace gyrock tape, mud sand to prepare for painting. We will paint it ourselves. Area is approximately 700x1200mm see pictures. All rubbish taken away and a drop sheet needs to be used.

We have removed wardrobe and need gyprock repair to walls and plaster ceiling need the job completed by 12pm Tuesday 14 September. Todays job is $200 then you can advise you fee when you come back to install the new cornice. I’ll need you to come back to install the new decorative A343 cornice when it’s ready as it takes 3 weeks to make as I’ve found a supplier this morning to match existing bedroom. https://www.allplasta.com.au/buy/cornices/a343
