3 sections of render need repair and/or paint

Recently bought a sauna off marketplace, was working before they sold it and now when we set it up at home it doesn’t turn on. Previous owners have been helping as it was previously working however they are unsure the issue as well. Hoping to get someone to look at the sauna to determine the issue and possibly repair.

There are: • Two holes in the wall • One chased conduit that needs filling • MDF areas around the kitchen and wardrobe that need patching and painting The job includes filling, sanding, and painting so everything is finished flush and neat, ready to blend with the existing walls. Once the wardrobe installation is completed next week, I can also send updated photos if needed.

I am looking for a licensed electrician to complete the following work: • Install one ceiling fan (ceiling fan already supplied) • Install one double power point (to be supplied by the electrician) • Install one new wall switch with two switches to operate the ceiling fan - if you need a second switch for isolation, it does have a remote (to be supplied by the electrician) The fan has a light on it and a remote control. There is no roof access I also have additional electrical jobs that I would like to have completed separately, which we can discuss once the job is underway. Please quote for labour and supply of the power point and wall switch. Proof of licence and insurance required.

About 1m2 of water damaged 10mm gyprock to be cut out, replaced, set and sanded. Have run out of time to do this myself

In need of someone to finish off this small gyprock ceiling at my shop in Newcastle east. Just need it square set and the joints filled. I have a bucket of joint compound here, so you’ll just need your tools etc. total ceiling area is 3800 x 1100mm.

I have a switch for my oven that I no longer need power to. It will be behind tiles. The other is a power point that I need to prepare for tiling as we are replacing the tiles that we currently have.

Wanting Balustrade sanded back and painted. We will supply the paint, you supply the rest. Want this done before we lay new carpet. Have few other odd painting jobs too.

We just purchased a new infrared Revel Sauna - 2 person. It comes in a few boxes (see picture ) and assembly instructions. See YouTube link below. Straightforward job, max a few hrs. 3sqm gyprock repair. Materials all sourced and on site and ready to go. Would suit handyman with carpentry and gyprock experience up for a few hrs work. See pic of the day wall. It's a replacement job of some previously water damaged gyprock. Might be some minor timber work to be repaired too but happy to discuss that on site.

Few minor jobs: Install 3 Small window owning, Patch and paint mutiple holes Small ceiling lining, paint 5 doors. It is a about a long day work. I can help if needed. Task price is hourly rate. If finishes in less than a day still will pay for a long day based at 10 hours work so 400 is minimum pay on the top of Airtasker payment. But need an invoice.
