Looking for a plasterer to install new walls and ceilings in an office and small laundry after professional asbestos removal. The asbestos is being removed and the timber studs and ceiling framing will remain. I need plasterboard installed in the office, and villaboard installed on the laundry walls. Office: 3.0m x 5.7m, ceiling height 2.8m Walls and ceiling need plasterboard Laundry: 1.5m x 3.0m, ceiling height 2.8m Villaboard on walls Plasterboard on ceiling Total area is approx 79 m² across both rooms. Looking for supply and install, including setting and sanding ready for painting. Studs will be fully exposed so access will be easy. Located in Charlestown NSW. Job will be ready straight after asbestos removal on 24th March.

Looking for a licensed electrician to install 4 ceiling fans and 4 new double power points at my house in Charlestown. The ceiling fans will replace existing ceiling lights and will use the existing wall switches. The fans have integrated lights and remotes. I will supply the fans - fan specs in photos. For the power points, 3 will be installed in a room where the walls will be open studs (no plasterboard), and 1 will be on the other side of one of those open walls. We’re having asbestos removed, so the walls will be open initially. I’ll need wiring and rough-in done while the studs are exposed, then a return visit later that same week after plaster is installed to fit off the power points and finish everything. Access will be easy while walls are open. Licensed electrician only please.

Straightforward job, max a few hrs. 3sqm gyprock repair. Materials all sourced and on site and ready to go. Would suit handyman with carpentry and gyprock experience up for a few hrs work. See pic of the day wall. It's a replacement job of some previously water damaged gyprock. Might be some minor timber work to be repaired too but happy to discuss that on site.
